Budge,

I have to commend you on your perseverance in this matter. In my opinion they only reason that police departments do this sort of thing to citizens is because no one has the back bone to stand up to them. In my opinion too many people simply just shrug off situations like this because it is too much of an inconvenience to them to do anything about it. You, sir are a rarity in todays society, a person who will actually stand up for what he believes is right and just even if it causes them inconvenience. my :tiphat: to you.

Budge, I admire your willingness and persistance on seeing this thing through to the end and in your favor. I probably would not have gone nearly as far as you did, simply because of the "hassle" of the whole situation. I'm thrilled that it turned out for the best for you. Maybe Plano (and hopefully all local PDs) will change policies to make it better for the "good guys"! :txflag:
