I do not think anyone is second guessing their view of guns. The discussion is whether they would post such a sign saying what the sign in the op says. That sign would not pass the franchise protocol and inspection.

Ive repeatedly seen NON- compliant signs at BWWs but they were always like 8'' by 8'' and just said "Buffalo wild wings proudly says No guns allowed" or something to that effect.
Know guns, know peace and safety. No guns, no peace nor safety.

I don't know what the "franchise protocol and inspection" means. I posted a site that gives a reference to company policy that disregards 2A. The sign may be a fake but the company policy is not. Check out the other companies at the listed site.

Franchisees have to agree to certain standards and methods of operation including how they represent the Franchise and operate. This is very commonly known and understood. Putting such a sign as what is posted in the OP wouldn't pass any muster as no franchisor would allow such. Franchisors do regular inspections to make sure their franchisees are complying. That's all that means.

Like I said, I do not think anyone is confused about their position on guns and most understand the signs they actually post are not compliant with Texas law.

If you actually saw the sign posted originally in this link, I'd be very very surprised as I can't imagine a company posting a sign on their business that comes out and says what the op suggests.
Mojo, I definitely saw the same sign, and just as pictured above you can see Elvis reflection to the right. :biggrinjester:

I won't believe it unless you can show me his autograph and a video with sound of him eating wings. ;-)
