Someone else communicated earlier and it is worth duplication, the visitors are the only ones that need to be concerned with the posting of a correct 30.06. Employees however are under a completely seperate standard when it applies to their continued employment.

I have seen a few employee handbooks that include subtle wording such as "no conditions will exisits that promote a hostile work environent" when searching further in the handbook there was a definition of "hostile work environment" as a one in which employees are in possession of "knives, amunition and other instruments of destruction." I would not challenge this if I wanted to keep my job. Oddly the handbook never technically banned firearms but, carrying a club shaped like a gun would be a bit silly when I could carry a flashlight that would be more effective.

The terms of your employment are far different than the legal aspect of the discussion. Myself, I would not challenge the legality of a sign with a misplaced "a" as I do not have the resources (or free legal services) to fight the issue. If it is a companies intent to keep me out then I will respect that and spend my money or time elsewhere unless I absolutely cannot to do otherwise. I have not been to Taco Cabana in over two years due to their signs as one example. My money spends better somewhere else.

and just cause the sign's not at every entrance, doesn't mean the place isn't still posted.
(iii) is displayed in a conspicuous manner clearly visible to the public.

Looks like it's behind the security cart charging station, and probably not visible to the public at all.

completely agree with you there.
I was think of more along the lines of the "Mall" issue where people feel they can enter through a store, instead of the mall entrance and it's not posted at every entrance yadda yadda.
FWIW, IIRC, AFAIK, FTMP, IANAL. YMMV.
