TAM, I believe that the building you are referring to IS posted. As you turn off 26, go over the railroad tracks and see the main hospital building directly in front of you, the new office building is to your left. I was in there to have a cardiology procedure done and it had the same white on glass 30.06 sign that Harris Methodist Southlake does. Thankfully, they did not put a 30.06 on the multi-tier parking garage next door so I left my gun there when I parked.

I always enter that building from the top level parking, across the bridge. There was no sign on the door the last time I was there, but like I said, that was several months ago.
