...can't legally recover ANY damages...long as you shot 'em within the law...(some breeds, the value of the attacking dog's more than the worth of the dog's owner!!!)

yeah, the insurance company still stonewalling us on restoration costs from hurricane Ike. $4000 to replace the fence, which at any time could be knocked down by another hurricane. It's not that the property is not fenced in, its that the majority of it is all chain link fence.







UPDATE. Well, it happened.... the irish wolfhound mix jumped the hurricane fence and got stuck in our yard. Luckily I just opened the gate for it and it bolted.
