Well they have to. Early this year a woman sued the COE because she couldn't carry her gun with her on COE property. The court granted her an injunction against them enforcing the prohibition of firearms against her. The issue was that she had been assaulted by a neighbor was granted a emergency firearms licence and tried but was told there was no way to get an exception to the prohibition of firearms. The case is still ongoing but they are not supposed to enforce the regulation right now.Rex B wrote:Thanks, don't know that I have seen that clarified.

What they are doing is stating that you don't take a gun of any type and display it for all to see. If it is in your trunk and you don't take it out and shoot it (Because I Can), they are not going ti say anything. CHL is an exception, but again it's concealed is concealed. Even with a CHL if you flagrantly wave it about, it will draw undue attention.
