The adapter is what you pay the stamp on...bonus being that you have a suppressor with no half-life...

It's cool brother. I just thought it was weird that they were selling these items using loopholes to do so.

It's been many years (20 or more), but I remember a gun show where one vendor had a bunch of 22 rifles that looked like military style rifles.
