I agree. The thinner profile takes up less waist band than my Glock.

5"11 / 190, 4.5" M&P OWB Crossbreed Snapslide at 3:30
4.%" M&P IWB Crossbreed Supertuck at 4:30
NO issues
Just be sure to have a good gun belt, NOT a belt that is thick, but a real, honest gun belt!

It can be done with a decent holster and a good gunbelt, but I do have one bone to pick with you. 6' and 175lbs. is not a medium build. That is down right skinny, bean pole material.

Sure, you can do it. I carry both a Springer XDS and a Ruger SR9C on me at all times.

Advice to all new CHL's:

The longer you carry any size gun, the smaller it gets.

All the people you see in public are in their own world.
They have no idea that they are supposed to be outing your gun rig. :-)

I'm 6'1 160lbs and have carried quite a few different full sizes. My semi-regular carry in a Beretta 92fs.

I came to realize that carrying any full size gun really isn't fun. It can be done fairly easy with a good holster. The luxuries of a small gun are great, though, which is why my new EDC is a XDs.

5'10", 185. I carry a 4" Sig P229 .40 in a Shielded Holster Double Phalanx at about half past 3. Very comfortably, I might add.

And welcome to The Forum, RowdyR! :tiphat:
