I have a current CHL, and over the course of the last year and a half I have lost about 120 lbs. As a result the weight listed on my CHL is wrong and the photo is obviously very different from what I currently look like. What do I need to do to get a replacement license issued with a new photo and updated weight info. I understand from searching this forum that DPS can now just use your DL photo, but what is the process to make the change on my current license?
Thanks in advance for any info.
Updated photo?

Re: Updated photo?
I would call DPS and ask the customer service folks what you should do. Maybe someone else here has been though it and will give you a more concrete answer.

Re: Updated photo?
I would think you would need to submit a CHL-70 to request an update / modification to your license. Double check with DPS RSD to be sure. The forms are available for download from the DPS website.

Re: Updated photo?
I would just ignore the difference. No one expects your weight to stay the same over 5 years, nor your photo. If DPS worried about that kind of data, some people would need new DLs every month as they change their hair color.
