Thanks Texas Dan. I may carry on the tradition myself if you wouldn't mind!

I'll try to get some pics tomorrow of the wally walk.

The vast majority of us hope to never need it, but having it on you becomes a life style choice. It becomes 2nd nature and you feel undressed without it.
Congrats on making the decision. Now need to follow through and carry where ever possible.

I found that carrying is not noticed nor are people looking to see if you have a gun. If you
have it well concealed and it is comfortable for you to carry [less fidgeting] then no one will
ever have a clue.

I now have 4 grand kids that we take out to parks, restaurants and fun places for kids. Speaking to
a local cop he gave me the final impetus to get my CHL and carry a weapon at least when I am out with the kids.
I carry everywhere that I go now.

I hope the time never comes that I will need a gun but if I am with the grand kids or my wife and something bad happens
I would kick my self straight to Hades if I could not defend them.

My son in-law, father of two of my grand kids, is from Holland and he is against carrying a gun or even owning guns.
I told him that if the time ever came that he was threatened with lethal force, in my presence, I will not do a thing.
That did not make him happy either.

Good for you and anyone else that gets heir CHL and legally carries.

Chuck :cheers2:
