You bet U. We attend small country church and average attendance is 20-25. There are at least 5 armed folks every Sunday Service as we have LEOs and CHLs who carry. Like a big family.

Every Sunday. Once it became legal I have alway carried at church. I lost my best friend in the Wedgwood Baptist Church shooting and it's because of that incident I got my CHL.

Once my plastic arrives ( if DPS ever figures out what "no record found" means) I will always carry at church. Currently I usher, and the shirt I have won't work well with it. However, I should be able to pocket carry until the new shirts are desinged. We just changed our logo, and they are trying to get new shirts with the logo made up. Once that is done, there will be a shirt option that will allow for easy concealled carry.

Every Sunday since legal. The most difficult decision is which one to wear. What will look better with my jeans & boots? My wife sometimes helps with my wardrobe. A govt 1911, xdm9 or a g36, ect? Which one is more fashionable? Babe.

My wife and I always carry in church. I consider church a potentially lethal place from the standpoint of security. Church shootings go back further than most of us may recall. I clearly remember the 1980 Baptist Church shooting in Daingerfield, Texas where, as I recall, five were killed and ten or so were wounded.

What concerns me about church carry is that I don't know who else is carrying and they don't know I'm carrying. I can do the math on that situation and come up with a scenario that could be catastrophic. Nevertheless, I'm going to always carry my weapon in church.

Myself, my daughter and son-in-law and a couple of others. The only variance for me is occasionally altering frames based on wardrobe. Wife and kids take no notice when we get ready to go or my disarming to change when we get home.

Divided Attention wrote:;-) I had to get a new purse for church as some of my Sunday attire doesn't accomodate any of the calibers I carry
 Y'all must dress a lot tighter than in my church! :biggrinjester:

I think women have more ways to carry because they have more way to dress.Holsters get more complcated of course, but it's just up to your imagination.

The decision to carry everywhere it is legal was made some time ago--including to church. Sadly, the Lord's house is no less a target for the insane.

Isn't it frustrating at how many, including CHL holders AND some instructors, will try to tell you that church carry is illegal in Texas? (or better yet, that they are some sort of nationally recognized gun-free-zone?)

On the weekends I carry my colt commander in a crossbreed IWB and two spare magazines. No one has ever given me a second look. I go to Church with my wife and mother-in-law every week and I always carry.
