Application question

#1

Post by BMWGSRider »

I am sure this has probably been asked before so my apologies in advance.

As of tomorrow, it will be two weeks that I have mailed my application in. I mailed the whole application by regular mail and not online. I am under the impression that one can check the status of the application via the website. As of today, I am still getting:

Error

* The system could not log you in. Please select Apply under the New Users section.

I tried calling the 800 to see what the status is... and I can't get through as because due to certain circumstances beyond their control they are unable to take your call and to try back later.

How long does it take for them to receive my application and are you able to access the website for the status when you don't fill the application on-line?

I just don't know the process and procedure... Thanks in advance.

It takes a couple of weeks, give or take a few days, for your app to be entered into the system. Sometimes longer. You won't be able to access any info until then.

I had the same problem.. Never did get any online status.. Just the same error you're getting.
23 days after they received my app I received my card in my mailbox.

Don't sweat it...
