As a matter of fact I am getting together with him again tonight for the second time in a month while he's in town again for business. I haven't seen him so much since we did bad things together in high school in the, heh hemmmm, 70's.
I have told him about the site. I'll mention it again.
If you do, he may become a "former friend" rather than "an old friend".

After our meeting last night and a discussion about badges, he is considering and is open to changing his opinion.

Texas has its very own and unique 30.06 sign. Maybe we should have our very own unique CHL badge too?

I'm just tryin' to figure who I would show it to here in the Pineys? Where is 03Lightningrocks when you need him?

(just kiddin' ;-) )
Cautionary note:
Back when I was a Licensed Private Investigator, the agency for which I worked learned that you may NOT have the "State Seal of Texas" on a badge. (Even though they were licensed by the State)
That agency had to destroy all badges and replace all badges with another seal that didn't resemble the "Texas State Seal".
(Even though they were licensed by the State)

Maybe a picture of Bozo, but he'd want royalties.

Imagine flashing a badge with Bozo the clown and being charged with:

Sec. 37.11. IMPERSONATING PUBLIC SERVANT. (a) A person commits an offense if he:

(1) impersonates a public servant with intent to induce another to submit to his pretended official authority (of Bozo's?)

Thats exactly what would have happened, then they would attack all chl holders as being cop wannabees as well as evil gun loving maniacs.

February 9, 2011,

Deputies assisted HPD with a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Hayes road. Two men were taken into custody after guns and fake police identification were found in the vehicle.
