Where can I NOT carry my handgun?

#1

Post by Cardman »

I know this topic has probably been discussed in this forum before, but I can't find it.

I recently took Charles Cotton's EXCELLENT CHL course at PSC. However, after taking the course and reading the Texas CHL laws, I'm still not 100% sure where I CANNOT carry my handgun. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This list is not complete by any means, but a good start:
Polling place (on polling day(s))
Court (or any building that houses a courtroom
Jail
51% signed location
30.06 signed location
League City, TX

Ill take the easy one.

Anywhere with proper 30.06 posting.

Oh, wait, I got my times mixed up. I meant 6 O'Clock. (This wouldn't have happened if we were all on 24-hours clocks)
