How do I ID if I have a valid, recent application packet?

Hello all,

I began the process to get my CHL a little over a year ago, and received an application packet at the time I took my class (Feb'09). Is the packet from a little over a year ago the most recent version, or have there been updates/changes to the packet since then (other than the law booklet)?

Also, what do I need to submit as an Active Duty military member to show proof of service? Thanks in advance to all who reply!

I am not sure if there have been any updates to the packet but a current LES is what they are looking for to prove Military service.

Your packet is fine. I took my class jan 09 and they accepted everything when I sent mine in last month. I think the form has a different name now and doesn't have the red numbers on it.
