Marc (TraCoun), my youngest son and I are going on Saturday and plan to be there when the doors open at 10:00, at least I think it's 10:00. I have to help my son with some chores at his home later in the day, so we have to get an early start.

Is anyone else going to be there early?

Regards,
Chas.

Okay, well I just got back from the bank and withdrew $1000. My experience is that they always prefer cash over CC, and it is a better bargaing currency. Also planning on bringing my Colt Series 80 GCNM.

Lets see what new weapon I end up with by this time tomorrow.

Don't forget to check the Blue Book before setting your price. I'm going to buy one tomorrow, so if we meet up before you sell or trade it, we can check the price.

I'll be there somewhere around 10:30 or 11:00 am.

I'll be looking for some reloading stuff.

I'll be wearing a blue, short-sleeved Thunder Ranch shirt and an NRA cap. Maybe some of us will run into each other.

O.K. I'll wear my cap that is black and white and says "GRUMPY" on it. My kids gave it to me for Christmas. ( I don't understand why)

And I wish I had checked the thread before I did...

I was wearing a Dark green cover-shirt with a lighter colored "pineapple" pattern on it...

I thought I saw Sensei..."Grumpy"??? You looked pretty happy to me...

Didn't see you Charles...I did my zig-zag pattern starting to the right as you came in the door...

And talk about notification...Did you see the (2) two huge 30.06 signs at the entrance??? I had not been to one of these show put on by these folks in a few years...I figure those are new signs, or not...No doubt about the intention there...Funny...Can you have "too" big a sign for it not to be compliant??? hehehe

The best part of the show was meeting James Swett, 'scuse me, Colonel Swett (CMH awardee)...I wish I had known, I have a book that shows a oilpainting of him during one of his interdiction flights against a large number of Japanese "Val" bombers...I would have liked to have gotten him to sign it for me...dirnit...

Hope ya'll had fun...See ya'll at the next one...

Later,
Steve
