L# location ??

I would wait to fill anything out until you take the class. Part of the class is going through all of the paperwork and having you fill it out correctly. Incorrectly filling out the application will only delay your application that much more. Some parts of the app are tricky and require clarification if you're not 100% sure.

I don't recall any type of L# on my app and the only thing I remember having to do to the picture card was sign it. Thought it was almost 3 months ago since I fill it out.

I've already taken the class. The instructor said that we should add the L# to our existing paper work and after signing the app mail everything back to DPS...
