Tracking CHL
If I recieve this message when I put in my info and pin # to track the process of my chl.... "No application or license/certificate active."
Does that mean that they have recieved the application and they have not started processing? Or does it mean that there is a problem with my paperwork?
Did anyone else get that message while they were trying to track theirs?

"No application or license/certificate active." is what I now see rendered for my license information after I received the license in the mail.
This could mean that the license has been mailed.
I suggest you try it a couple of more times dispersed in time. The "javascript" they use for the website rendering of license status has been twitchy at times.

just a guess but it appears they don't have anything and it may be lost, I would call and ask why there is nothing active, not even an app.

Re: Tracking CHL
Make sure you are entering your info in the right place. IIRC I would enter my info under the instructor app section right below, but extremely similiar and I would get this error msg and freak out. Happened quite a bit since I couldn't save my form info on the page. Try that out.heathaa wrote:If I recieve this message when I put in my info and pin # to track the process of my chl.... Sorry
OK....I feel a little stupid now. I WAS tracking my status under the instructor section....I went back and tried again and noticed....it says my application is being processed. Sorry about that. I guess I got too anxious and wasn't paying attention to what part of the page I should have been on. Thanks again though for the help.
