I processed a change of address online, transaction date 9/7/08. I have yet to see my new license. Time to contact the DPS?

I would. When I changed my address, it seems like it took maybe a week or two to get the new one.

It took nearly 4 months to get my change of address. When I would call they would tell me to call back in a week or two,
So I did, then they told me to call back in another two weeks,so I did.I did this about 4 times untill they finally told me that my license had been printed, but there was someting wrong with it so it had to be reprinted.
I finally got it in the mail.If I were you I would make them my new hobbie and call them often and again. :evil2:
good luck!

Well, it was in my mail box tonight when I got home from work. I think the only reason it was there is because I started a thread about it here haha.

That was faster than mine. It took almost 6 weeks for my new one to arrive in the mail.

Still haven't gotten the updated Utah license, though. Guess it's time to call the UBCI.
