Utah CFP - Houston?

ive never been to psc
is this place a range?
or a building?
cause i wont have any idea what to look for when i get there

The address is 3121 W. The sign next to our entrance road is lost in the hurricane. The easiest way to spot the entrance road is by the 1,200' red and white antenna tower next to the road.
