I need some HELP!!
I sent my application and it was recieved by dps on May 1st. Over 100 days later it was issued on AUg. 26th. I was told allow 7-10 days to recieve my license. Well today is sep 12 and i still have recieved it yet. What do i do? when i call they told me to wait 7-10 days. they dont understand that it has been over 15 days. what do i do?

One of the instructors will give you an answer as they come on this morning.
Please keep us posted as to the outcome. It may help us know how they fix lost in the mail plastic.

You say your license was issued on Aug 26. Is that the day your status changed on the website? It can be up to 3 weeks after that status change before they actually mail the license.

I have spoken to diffrent people at dps and supervisors they tell me that its been issued on aug 26 and they are sending it to me. yes my status changed on aug 26th. the supervisor that i talk to today told me that if i dont recieve it by sept 25 to call back and they will send me another license but i will have to wait again the same 7-10 days crap. ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS FOR ME?
