To totally post the building would require both sign's, the unlicensed possession sign for the folk's without a CHL and because it is required by the state whether the business wants it or not, and the 30.06 sign for the CHL's

The new Taco Cabana at Beltway 8 and Clay has a 30.06 printed on 8.5"x11" with about ¼ letters posted on the wall behind the cash register where they have their sign permits and liquor license and all that stuff. It's posted in a way that would keep the cashier from carrying into the kitchen.
The Taco Cabana in Waco (there’s only one as far as I know) does not have a 30.06 posting. They do have a 25.?? that looks like a 30.06 but if you read it, it’s talking about credit card fraud.

I pass by there everyday on my way home. Always have to roll up the windows. Smells like foot.1911Tom45 wrote:If I remember correctly, the TC at Parmer & Mopac in Austin is posted w/30.06. I don't go that way much to see if it still is or not.
I'll never forget the TC near MLK & Rio Grande near campus. I did the drive through one morning to get some breakfast tacos. They had sewage running out into the drive trough and I nearly puked. The very few times resigned to eat there I've been forced to call the health inspector afterwards.
Sorry. I'll drive all the way over to east 6th to get fresh tortillas from the El Milagro factory.

From the dead.
The TC on Wurzbach & Blue Mel rd. (near I-10 in San Antonio) is posted. Granted, it's posted on the inside of the building and around a wall to the right after you walk in. No visible signs as you enter the building though. Also, the sign is rather small. I highly doubt the lettering is 1" high letters but i didn't pull out a tape measure.
I usually don't frequent TC's but the people at work begged me to stop and get them tacos this morning so I did. Won't be going back there any time soon.

Anybody want to redesign the "No guns, No money" cards in postcard format? IMO, I would likely not go to the hassle in a case like this, either, but I could be troubled to keep a few postcards in the car for these occasions.dws1117 wrote:it just didn't feel worth it to go back to the car and disarm so that I could legally enter to tell them why I won't eat there.

I haven't seen one yet
I have been to the one in Round Rock off 35 and the one in Pflugerville and haven't seen a sign. I also haven't been to any of them lately so that could have changed. I pass by the one off mopac and parmer all the time but with all the construction I don't even try to stop.

KD5, I like that idea. I would do the same thing.
Carry 24-7 or guess right.

If anybody's got connections to one of the postcard printing places, go for it. I'll look into what it would involve for me to get a thousand or so made and resell them at cost in more manageable lots.longtooth wrote:KD5, I like that idea. I would do the same thing.
IMO, the postcard is also more likely to be received directly by a manager, and you can always send another off to corporate at the same time.
