Anyone else notice the BIG 30.06 signs at the entrances to the school parking lots? Can they do this? I know you can't carry in the building.

Re: Pasadena ISD
They can post the signs, but they are unenforceable in the parking lots.

Plano ISD has the correctly worded signs at their entrances also, but I have never seen them when I drive into the parking lots.

Re: Pasadena ISD
This one got my attention for just a minute, as I moved here to Texas from Pasadena, California, where my son was a student in the Pasadena ISD.
IIRC, being in possession of a gun within 1,000 ft of a school in California - even in your own home - is a felony. I could be wrong, but that's what I remember.

California is no longer part of America so the Second Amendment doesn't apply.
