Out of state, underage DWI...

3 years ago, arrested for and convicted of underage driving while impaired in nashville (19 years old) ...

class B misdemeanor i believe, this will keep me from getting my texas chl wont it??

what can i do?

It will only bar you for 5 years from the date of conviction.

After 5 years, you'll be free to get your CHL.

it's significanlt less than 5 years, however.

and yes, they will find out. or, if they don't and you do shoot somebody justified or not, you can bet an attorney will find out you never should have gotten a CHL in the first place.
In Texas, we have the death penalty and we use it. In Texas, if you kill somebody we're gonna kill you back.
