Unless Mr. Horns neighborhood works fast...Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are going to be the next visitors...
I would prefer no one be able to exploit or defend this anymore in that subdivision...
We've made our statement, and it was done very effectively...Let the rest of them drag it out for all the wrong reasons...
But be prepared...If Mr. Horn is no-billed, you can rest assured its not going to be accepted by the Q10, J.J. and Al crowd unfortunately...And that probability alone is going to weigh heavy on any legal proceeding, and the politics of the issue that are being wrongly exploited will interfere with any resolution to this crisis...

Quanell X (born Quanell Jefferson Evans on December 7, 1970 in Los Angeles, California) is a member of the New Black Panther Party in Houston, Texas, and a convicted crack dealer. His parents were both Nation of Islam members from Los Angeles. After his parents' divorce, Quanell moved to Houston with his mother and younger brother.
Quanell lived in the South Acres area and attended Worthing High School [1].
Quanell was a drug dealer in the Sunnyside community of South Houston, Texas.[2]. In May 1989, Quanell spent a brief time in jail and received 10 years probation for possessing and dealing crack cocaine. It was during this time that Quanell claims to have had a life changing conversion and decided he would devote his life to the betterment of African-Americans in Houston. Once a "young street thug" according to himself, Quanell polished up his image to set a better role model for the people he leads. He always appears in a very expensive suit and tie and flanked by an armed (guns and knives) posse of New Black Panther Party members to provide intimidation factor. Quanell is a skilled speaker and uses his oratory skills to help lead his organization.
In September 1990, Quanell was inspired by a Louis Farrakhan speech at Sam Houston Coliseum, and joined the Nation of Islam. The newly dubbed Quanell X rose quickly to become a spokesman in the organization.[3] In July 1992, Quanell found his brother Quinten dead in his apartment with three others, all with bullets to their heads. It was here that he met State Representative Ron Wilson (D-Houston).[1] Quanell was kicked out of the Nation of Islam for publicly inciting violence with his televised, and highly publicized, exhortation to Houston-area blacks that "f you feel that you just got to mug somebody because of your hurt and your pain, go to River Oaks and mug you some good white folks. If you’re angry that our brother is put to death, don’t burn down your own community, give these white folks hell from the womb to the tomb."[4][5]
Quanell joined the New Black Panther Party under the leadership of Khalid Abdul Muhammad.[4] In June 2004, Quanell was charged with evading arrest. He was on the phone with Executive Assistant Chief Charles A. McClelland of the Houston Police Department when arranging the surrender of cop shooter Derrick Forney. Quanell was convicted on a lesser charge of 'running from a police officer', a class-B misdemeanor in the State of Texas; on December 1, 2006, the State of Texas First Court of Appeals overturned the conviction. Quanell X is credited with helping officers in the March 2007 murder investigation of Texas A&M University student Tynesha Stewart.[6] He helped obtain a confession from Timothy Wayne Shepherd, the suspect in the murder.[7] He also criticized the Harris County sheriff's decision not to search for Stewart's body in an Humble, Texas area landfill, which was later to be discovered to be unrecoverable due to suspects burning remains in two Barbecue pits.[8][3]

Clearly Q10 is just standing up for his fellow criminals.
And why is it the the Houston media calls him a "community activist" instead of a criminal thug? Seems like he's more interested in actively destroying the Houston community than anything.

Maybe khou.com should make a correction to their story? He clearly did push someone. KHOU could start their correction by recognizing the fact that Q10 is a liar.
Actually, I saw Q10 himself push a biker in this video:“If you’ll notice, nobody with us has pushed anybody. Nobody with us has made a racial remark … It’s what I expected. It’s not what I wanted, but it’s what I expected, Quanell said.

QX is also a Muslim, as is the Panther leaders, and by association, I would suppose the Panthers, also. Go figure!
I heard, today, that the guys that our HERO shot were on a wanted list for violent crimes. Certainly not the innocent victims that QX pretends them to be.
According to Channel 11 news, they are illegals from Columbia, who obtained US ID illegally and are part of a larger criminal organization.
Verrrrry interesting. Eventually, the truth will always come out. Given that info, I doubt that Mr. Horn has much to worry about, but nowdays that hardly seems to matter.
I used to volunteer in the Food Pantry of a large church that served the indigent community. The illegals freely talked about how they got US documentation. They were proud of how they outsmarted our system. They would go to the kiosks that pop up at Fiesta and the flea markets on Sundays, when US investigators don't work. These places know which hospitals, county seats, etc., have burned down and destroyed the records. They make fake Birth Certificates from those localities that look very real and sell them for $15, complete with a little foot print. With that, they can obtain a real Social Security Card, and with those two they get a real Driver's License and register to vote. Defacto, US citizen! Now, with the destruction of New Orleans' records, it's even easier. They get to choose whatever name they want and can have several "real" identities.
When they arrive at the mercado's (Market Place, like a mall) along the Mexican Border, there are businesses that tell the illegals, including terrorists, how to get benefits over here and how to work our system. They also hook them up with coyotes and supplies to make the trip. It's all a very organized business.
BTW, the coyotes transport people both ways across the border. They steal people from the US to fill "orders" for foreign entities and children for the drug fields and factories.

DPS already had their eye on burglars shot by Joe Horn
06:40 PM CST on Tuesday, December 4, 2007
By Rucks Russell / 11 News
Even before their deaths prompted a series of heated debates about the use of deadly force, detectives at the Department of Public Safety had their eye on Diego Ortiz and Miguel Dejesus.
The two were shot and killed by Joe Horn, a Pasadena man who thought they were burglarizing his neighbor’s home last month.
According to a DPS memo obtained by 11 News, the department was investigating the use of Puerto Rican birth certificates by Colombians seeking to obtain Texas driver’s licenses.
Both Ortiz and Dejesus had applied for licenses. Dejesus listed his country of origin as Puerto Rico, but both men were Colombian.
Apparently, the DPS is investigating hundreds of immigrants who may have used illegal papers to get Texas licenses.
But that’s not all.
A much wider probe has been launched into an organized syndicate of Colombians who are engaged in illegal weapons sales and home break-ins – just like the one Ortiz and Dejesus were involved in last month in Pasadena.
That day, Joe Horn and a shotgun stood in the way of the suspected thieves, but in many instances the suspects have gotten away.
The ATF, ICE and DPS have reportedly formed a task force to bring the crime wave to an end.
The burglars are said to be very effective at what they do, conducting extensive surveillance on their targets before striking. Some of the suspects are extremely violent.
The investigations have already led to several arrests.

Yep...Amazing how the backgrounds of the two deceased have been kept under wraps for as long as it has...G-Ma wrote:QX is also a Muslim, as is the Panther leaders, and by association, I would suppose the Panthers, also. Go figure!

But then again, how, and why should we assume, or know anything about them if we were in Mr. Horn's shoes that day...
It is not an issue, they were observed actively committing a crime...And as far as I understand, there was every reason NOT to confront the criminals in that manner...But he did, they did not comply with his command to stop, and they made a threatening and aggressive movement against him...
As far as I am concerned there will hopefully be a national movement amoung the criminal community in this country that they'd better think twice about assuming a witness is NOT going to confront and agressively stop them if they are caught in the act...So bring on the exploitive folks like J.J. and the Al Sharptons...
The only damning thing I can think of in all of this is what he said, that is recorded on tape now...And I feel even that can be defended...
I believe the GJ has only a few things to decide here...
The one thing we might want to keep in mind is that Mr. Horn may not be able to live in that home again, much to the support and appreciation of his neighbors, regardless of the outcome of the GJ decision...And that to me is pretty sad...

I saw that....those two blondes apparently are unaware that you can use deadly force to protect the property of a third person in Texas in many cases. (as has been said on this and other threads) They only talk about being able to defend your person if you feel your life is in danger.frankie_the_yankee wrote:Bill O'Reilly is doing a story on QX's protest at Joe Horn's house, and on the counter protest. Just to be accurate... He was Nation of Islam, until they kicked him out for advocating violence. (That amounts to being kicked out of the Klan for advocating lynching!)G-Ma wrote:QX is also a Muslim, as is the Panther leaders, and by association, I would suppose the Panthers, also. Go figure!
NOI is not Islam. Just ask any Muslim.
I do not intend to defend Quannel X, Nation of Islam, or Islam in general. Just trying to keep the players straight.

Exactly. People have been a bit too eager to proclaim that they must be illegal aliens. Whether they were or weren't has no bearing on whether Joe Horn was justified.stevie_d_64 wrote:Yep...Amazing how the backgrounds of the two deceased have been kept under wraps for as long as it has...

It's all about their actions, not their immigration status.

I like Bill O'Reilly and watch and listen to him fairly regularly, but he was quick to make it a racial incident. Apparently his view was based on the video showing Quannel and his supporters being black and Mr. Horn's supporters being mainly white, not based on any real knowledge of the shooting. Most likely, Mr. O'Reilly is not aware of x's role as a "race" agent provocateur. OR... playing the race card makes for better ratings.

I agree to some extent. Technically, you are right. Though they practice a bastardized version of Islam that is somehow mixed with some Christian views, they "Think" they are Muslim. Below is from Wikipedia, not my favorite source for material, but expedient, quoting an article, "History of the Nation of Islam" by Louis Farrakhan, as far as I can tell ... the problem with Wikipedia:
"The original Nation of Islam was founded in Detroit, Michigan in 1930 by Wallace Fard Muhammad also known as Master W. D. Fard Muhammad (1877-, 1891 or 1893–1934 or later), whom the Nation of Islam believes to be the long-awaited "Messiah" of the Christians and the Mahdi of the both the Muslims. One of Fard's first disciples was Elijah Muhammad (1897-1975).
Elijah Muhammad began preaching that W.F. Muhammad was literally God in person as was emphasized in his book, 'Message to the Blackman in America:
"Allah (God) came to us from the Holy City Mecca, Arabia, in 1930. He used the name Wallace D. Fard, often signing it W.D. Fard. In the third year (1933), He signed His name W.F. Muhammad, which stands for Wallace Fard Muhammad. He came alone. He began teaching us the knowledge of ourselves, of God and the devil, of the measurement of the earth, of other planets, and of the civilizations of some of the planets other than earth."
The main belief of The Nation of Islam and its followers is that there is one God Allah. Their most important worship is praying five times a day. The official beliefs as stated by the Nation of Islam have been outlined in books, documents, and articles published by the organization as well as speeches by Elijah Muhammad, Malcolm X, Louis Farrakhan, and other ministers. These include inflammatory statements as well as the pejorative use of the term “white devils to refer to white people."
Just to clarify, my intent was to point out that, since QX came out of that ideology, then he must believe himself to be Muslim, regardless of what other Muslims think him to be, and the New Black Panthers must be of the same mindset. It's kinda like Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton claiming to be Baptist, while not acting like any Baptist I've ever known ... and I was raised Baptist.
However, QX has raised his hatred of white people to a sociopathic level that makes him a danger to others. He needs to be hospitalized and medicated. His behavior certainly indicates such to me, at least. At any rate, IMHO, he is one sicko individual ... and a dangerous one at that.
As has been pointed out, it matters not a whit what QX thinks ... nor any of the media. The rule of law will prevail, Joe Horn is still a hero, and in need of our prayers.
Good discussion, guys. You always give me something to think about.
