Is DPS LTC renewal closed?
I submitted my LTC renewal online in January. They took my payment and sent a confirmation email. So far nothing. I've been told the DPS license renewal is closed due to CV19. Is this fake news or is it true?
Re: Is DPS LTC renewal closed?
I spoke with them on Friday and I was told they are still working.....

I'm waiting for mine also. it's been much longer than any time I've renewed previously. I keep expecting mine any day.

The last time I logged in a week or two ago it didn't have anything. Today it says mailed.Tex1961 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 13, 2020 2:33 pmWhat does your status say?clarionite wrote: ↑Mon Apr 13, 2020 1:58 pm I'm waiting for mine also. it's been much longer than any time I've renewed previously. OK, how do you check status?
Re: Is DPS LTC renewal closed?
I don't understand your question... You said you logged in and it showed mailed... That's how you check your status... You log into the DPS Website and everything should be green and at the bottom if it says mailed then it's been mailed to you and should be on the way... There isn't anything else to do... If you don't get it in the mail in the next week then I would call them and inquire as it may be lost in the mail....

Re: Is DPS LTC renewal closed?
I did my online LTC renewal in January, it arrived I think a total of 23 days later.
A friend of mine renewed his on 2/10/2020 and it arrived March 22nd.
As it so happens, both my DL and LTC were both due to expire this year. I renewed my DL online on 4/7/2020 and it came in the mail today 4/13/2020.
It's weird, my LTC looks like my old DL did. The new DL is all sorts of different colors.
Hope this helps with figuring out a timeline.

Mine was in the mailbox when I checked last night. Wow the new design is very different. Not sure I'm a fan of it, maybe it'll grow on me.clarionite wrote: ↑Mon Apr 13, 2020 2:59 pmThe last time I logged in a week or two ago it didn't have anything. Renewed mine in late February. Still shows that my background check is under review as of today. Have no idea why. Everything shows to have been received.

Re: Is DPS LTC renewal closed?
I sent my renewal in March 19th (expired 11th March) totally forgot but everything went green on April 6th status except background & finger prints are still yellow. I can’t believe you sent your renewal in January & just recently got it in April. UGH! That’s my typical luck, 3-4 month wait for renewal due to COVID-19. They must be still working though at a smaller workforce
Thanks
