I didnt even know the Jones Hall was still there. Last time i was at the Jones Hall is when i went to see Engelbert Humperdink some 48 years ago.

Just to further confuse the issue, Wikipedia sez
so this is another instance of public-owned property not under public control.Upon completion, the hall was donated to the city[3], and today is operated by the Houston First Corporation.[6]

If the property is still owned by the city, the civil penalties wouldn’t apply, but you probably would be exempt from criminal prosecution under 30.06 or 30.07, based on AG Ken Paxton’s opinion letter. See below:
