The holidays are just around the corner; I would like to encourage all of you to take simple precautions to ensure a happy and safe holiday. The hustle and bustle of the holiday season can easily create a distraction for people. It is important to pay special attention to the things going on around you. The holiday season is considered peak season for burglars, home invasions and parking lot assaults. Don’t let the spirit of giving lull you into giving the criminals a chance to dampen your holiday spirit. This is the perfect time of year to learn about personal protection and situational awareness.
Don't let your holidays be ruined by becoming the victim of a crime. Unfortunately, not everyone out there has a peace-on-earth-goodwill-toward-men attitude at this time of year.
