I did register about a month ago & i have just been reading all useful information thats posted. But now i am introducing myself.. Live in the Houston area. Took my CHL course a couple of weeks ago, completly filled & sent the state application online, now im just waiting on Thursday to get here so i can do the finger printing. I hope after all this process is done it doesn't take long for my plastic to come in the mail.
I will be carrying a Gen 4 Glock 23, so im looking for a good belt & holster to carry my gun.

Welcome! Beltman and wilderness products instructor belt are some good choices
For belts. I recommend 1.5 inch wide belts as they fit most pant loops. Get the
Holster loops to match the belt width. Milt sparks summer special is a proven choice
For a carry holster. That's a solid start on the path.
