Can I apply for a CHL

Well got my Green Card at christmas so going to send it all in now fingers crossed

AndyC and Rabbit, how are the CHL coming along for you? I am waiting for my GC as well (had my interview a year and a half ago) and I am wondering if my CHL app will be denied. I do have a valid Alien number that I've used to legally purchase my firearm.

You can still apply without a green card but it really is a hit and miss scenario if you get it. I decided to wait untill I got mine to send of the completed application.

well the DPS tell me that its been sent to imaging and it wont be long now. Mind you they have been telling me this for two weeks now
