Fingerprints

I was helping the wife submit her application we went through the TX CHL site and go to where it sends us to the fingerprint site but didn't finish the fingerprint application. We went back later and now we can't get past the Acency/ORI number. What do we put in this box so as to be able to schedule an apointment?

If I understand what you're asking correctly, you need to enter the Texas Trace number the state gave you. It's the number under the bar code on the receipt you printed (if you did print it). It should be a 13-didgit alpha-numeric tracking ID. If you log back into the state's site (using DL, SSL, and B-Dday), you should also be able to recover the trace number there too.

I know they've changed stuff in recent months, hope this helps.

Looks like this issue was with the PC's cache. Cleared the cache and I got the normal, english or spanish then the enter name screen instead of the Agency/ORI number screen.

Good news. Were you able to schedule the prints using the bar code number?
I believe the basic political division in this country is not between liberals and conservatives but between those who believe that they should have a say in the personal lives of strangers and those who do not.
