Re: Where on your body do you carry?
Height and Weight: 6' and 170
Right or Left hand: Right
Where on body do you carry: IWB 3:30 - 4:00
Holster brand and type: Desantis Intruder and Comp Tac Minotaur.
Gun make and model: G26
Do you change how you carry during the winter or summer months: Not really. I don't want to have to worry about taking off a jacket when I go indoors somewhere. Under a jacket my shirts don't change much through the seasons. So I dress in summer to cover the 26 and it transfers well into winter. Besides, I am a creature of my habits. If I switched to a larger framed pistol because of winter clothing, I might risk an exposure or unwanted attention when my clothing switched back to "summer wear" but I still grab the same pistol from it's stash by the bed.

Where on body do you carry: 4 to 5 o'clock, occasionally in the small of the back (only on road trips).
Holster brand and type: Galco Kingtuk
Gun make and model: 3" Kimber Ultra Carry II
Do you change how you carry during the winter or summer months: No, carry the same way year round. The only issue I run into is I can't carry in basketball shorts, need to find a belly band or some alternative for those times.

You just carry with the weapon tucked in your waist band? If thats the case, you're a braver person than I am as there is nothing covering the trigger.austin wrote: Where on body do you carry: Appendix, 1 O'Clock, or 11 O'Clock, aka Mexican style

To each their own I guess.

Where on body do you carry: 8:00
Holster brand and type: Shepherd IWB
Gun make and model: Taurus 709 slim.
Do you change how you carry during the winter or summer months: Just started carrying in March, I'll let you know.
Is there a topic on how to address a LEO at a traffic stop when your weapon is carried very near your wallet? I figure I'm turning on my overhead, putting my hands at 10 and 2, informing the officer when he asks for license and insurance that I have a CHL and as a southpaw my weapon is beside my wallet. I expect the LEO will advise me from that point on, but I'd like to hear if there is a better way.

Re: Where on your body do you carry?
By commenting I allow others to consider things they never may have imagined. We are talking about our concealed carry and concealed means concealed. If I publish on a public forum what I carry and where, anyone who knows who I am on the forum will then know more than they should. I merely advocate the same caution here that you would use on other social media sites.nightmare69 wrote:Then why waste time posting?sugar land dave wrote: I'm not telling on a public forum.
