nope, never arrested. cuffed once in my life because i was, quite literally, in the wrong place at the wrong time.

i drive a rather unique car. a maroon scion xb. they tend to stand out and there aren't a whole lot of them. i happened to be in the area where police were searching for a suspected methamphetamine dealer on the way to my parents house for some tasty stuffed pasta shells. i was stopped(for no front plate), cuffed and asked to sit in the back of the patrol car. i gave consent to one of the officers to search my vehicle. To their suprise(not mine) they found nothing. Gave me a warning for my front plate and let me on my way. They were very nice to me after they discovered i wasn't who they were looking for.

i don't know why i just told that story...

back on the subject, no... just speeding(7 years ago), and a couple expired reg/insp violations. nothing in the last 3-4 years.

Looks like you're OK. Your violations are all Class C. As far as I know, Class C incidents do not need to be listed on the app form.

And even if they did, you'd still be good, as Class C traffic misdemeanors are not a cause for rejection.
