Ok so I took the class 12/26/15, did the application that night, did my fingerprints and mailed in my 100 and dd 214 on 12/29/15, my tracking number said it was delivered on the 31st of December. I had called a few times cause I have got no email other than the standard one the night sent in my application. I called last Tuesday 2/16/16 and the lady said they have not received my documents and nothing is in their system, to call back in two weeks and if it's still not uploaded to restart the process. Last time I checked the website was Thursday, I logged in last night on 2/21/16 and now it has a section where I can change my info and report card lost or stolen. Is this a good sign?? New to this forum and this process so any help would be appreciated.

That's a great sign as it means you've been approved and your license should be to you at pretty much any time.

To answer your question, yes! It's a great sign if you see address change, etc. It tells you that you're just days away from getting your LTC in the mail. I'd start looking for it starting tomorrow.

Ok awesome, thank yall so much for the info, I was starting to get stressed about it cause it was the end of February and they couldn't even tell me if they received my documents, I thought for sure I was gonna have to restart everything. I even told my wife that I think I was just gonna forget about it and took her and the kids to galveston this past weekend with the funds I had saved for my new carry gun, lol gonna have to start putting some cash aside again now. Will start checking the mail this week, will be glad to at least know I have it until I can get my carry gun.

As for not receiving the confirmation email like the rest of us? IIRC, since you mailed your 100 and dd214 in, you wouldn't receive one. My understanding is that only the online submitters get that email. At least that's the way it seems from reading all these posts.

I'm happy for you, but just as happy for me too... As I'm only about 2 weeks behind your timeline, so at least there is a glimmer of hope that I'll be in those early batches too and won't suffer a prolonged wait.

Just checked the mail and it was in the mail box, came today!!!!

HAd all docs/Prints in by December 13th 2015 ans still nothing on 2/29/16
