Website Change!

Website finally changed for me:
I had an issue due to a DPS worker incorrectly inputting my drivers license state. so, I will start counting from the day the issue was corrected.
October 27th was the corrected application confirmation email.
December 22nd, website change.
No Plastic yet.
Not sure why my timeline was so long since my app was correctly inputted, no arrests, but I was living out of Country for the 3 years prior to last year when I returned to the U.S.
so.....56 days between email and website change. Unfortunately no plastic yet.

Plastic arrived today. Went to the mailbox looking for a Christmas card that my inlaws swear they sent last week and found my plastic in there instead. One day after Christmas, and 4 days after the website changed for me. Nice late Christmas gift from the Texas Dept of Public Safety!!! Had my NC CHL a few years back, so I will pass on the Wallyworld walk and just enjoy the feeling of being able to protect myself and my family again.
