Called DPS this morning talked to a very nice young lady. She said i was approved Nov 25th and should have my card in 5 to 7 business days. I'm about 45 days in. I did have arrests yrs ago. Will give exact timeline once i receive plastic in the mail. Fyi website haven't updated yet .

If you don't mind sharing, what did you provide to DPS in regards to the arrest?

I had an arrest in 1999 (no charges filed), but the arresting state/county does NOT provide certified copies of the disposition. I am afraid this will really slow me down and/or get me denied.

I didn't send any certified copies. I wrote final disposition and docket #s down.

Appears to be a good mix of people having their site update then receiving their card and those who receive their card before the website changes.

Congrats! I got my plastic in hand 12/04 after submitting everything 10/07 and I had an arrest record. Website changed 2 days before it was in my mailbox.
