12/12 FAST Fingerprints (out of town for business caused delays in getting prints)
12/31 Status change on DPS website

Question on the update status... if it still says: CHL APPLICATION STATUS: If you have a pending CHL application, please allow sufficient time for processing. If you have not already done so, please submit all of the items listed on the checklist you received. DPS will notify you by mail if further information or additional documents are required.

But the information change portion is up (Change Residential Address, Change Mailing Address, etc) does that count as a status change?

1/12 Submit email form requesting status
1/27 Call CHL division - can't find my training cert
1/27 Rec'v email (coincidently at same time I finish the call) indicating no Training Certificate
1/27 Resubmit Training Form via web
1/28 Recieve email that form was not rec'd with online submittal
1/28 Resubmit all forms again online
1/28 send email with forms attached
2/3 Call CHL - they indicate it can take 2 weeks for online doc's to reach them, no doc's recieved yet
2/10 Ck website - no change on status
2/10 Call CHL - form was rec'd, approved and sent to printing. should recieve CHL this week
2/11 Ck website - Status Changed!

Confirmation Email (documents received): 12/8
Status Updated: 12/13 (change information now showing.)
CHL Delivered: Waiting

Hoping CHL comes in before Christmas which would be a nice present for me now that change information is showing

UPDATE: AFTER CHECKING MY MAILBOX EVERYDAY...CHL FINALLY CAME IN THE MAIL TODAY 12/18

CHL Class, Nov 16.
Application Submitted, Nov. 16.
Fingerprints taken and sent, Nov. 18.
"Fingerprints Not Provided" letter, Nov 20.
"Fingerprints Received and Rejected" letter, Nov. 25.
Fingerprints re-taken and submitted, Dec 2.
Second "Fingerprints Received and Rejected" letter, Dec. 5.
(Apparently, I have no fingerprints.)
Sent a "What should I do?" email to DPS RSD through their website, Dec. 6.
Still waiting for a response on Dec 10.
Phoned DPS, Dec. 10. I asked the nice young woman who answered what I should do now that both sets of fingerprints had been rejected. Her response: "Your license is in the mail." Say what? and
License in hand, Dec. 13.

12/15 Called DPS and was informed they don't have my CHL-100 (despite the e-mail receipt on 12/3). Uploaded it again.

Update: Called DPS to confirm receipt of CHL-100 and that it was the only outstanding need. File is complete and has been forwarded to processing.

Not bad. I'm surprised I got mine so fast. Wife got hers the day before me.
