CHL Class: 09/15/2013
Financial issues kept me from applying until:
Application Filed: 01/28/2014
Fingerprinted: 02/06/2014
Documentation Mailed: 02/06/2014
Documentation Received: 02/07/2014

Website currently reflects that they haven't "received" the paperwork yet so I'm stuck in a holding pattern at the moment. Hoping it'll be faster than the max of 90 days.

I think I know the answer, but when you submit online thru the CHL portion of the texas.gov website and go to the Regulatory Services and it gives the option to contact via email and then way below is a spot to attach docs, is this where you guys are doing at? Thanks in advance.

Yup, I bought online from Hyatt. Limited special order for the sport version I should have bought last year. It says 6-8 weeks estimated time to receive it.
