Finally updated.........but.....

Agh I'm so mad at myself! I sent off the docs on 2/12/13. Finally got the status update today 3/10/13. Everything on status looks good but The proficiency certificate is red and says "incomplete, notice sent to applicant". I looked at my copy and noticed that part is not dated. Anyone have this situation before. Hopefully this won't add weeks. I wonder if there is a way I can send it directly to the person working on my app? Any suggestions?

My first thought was to call your instructor from your class and see if he/she needs to get you a new form with the correct date. Your instructor may have some info about this. I am sure there are other members on this forum that might chime in, but I would start with a call to the class instructor.

I actually see that I was the one that did not sign and date my portion. I have since signed the form. The only thing I am worried about is getting it back to them in a timely manner. I have scanned and uploaded through their "contact us" section on the website and asked for them to forward it to whoever is handling my app. I will probably receive a letter in the mail this week showing the same thing the website did - I will probably send a hard copy reply to that letter, hoping that one of them gets to them asap. I am just worried that my completed form is going to sit there for another 3-4 weeks. I guess now it's just one more thing to wait on! I have plenty of time to keep kicking myself for not noticing that I didnt sign the form in the first place!

Call DPS on Monday and ask for a fax and/or email address and a contact name that you can send the info to.
