Well after 102 days the web site changed today for my wife and I to Application Completed - license issued or certificate active. It has been a long wait with the fingerprints rejection and the time spent getting the new fingerprints from F.A.S.T. But at the same time is has given us more time to hone our carry methods and purchase different carry guns and holsters for different situations.
By the way I would like to say that each time that I or my wife called the DPS they were friendly and went out of their way to help us through this process.

Now I waiting on mail man.....

1st, Welcome to you both.
Glad to have another couple on the board.
Ladies are very welcome here. We have a # that post on the board quit regular. I am especially glad to see another armed lady on the street. My Wife & Mom both carry & it is good to see another added.

Congratulations! Be safe out there. I'm at 64 days now and only waiting on local county investigations. Your wait must have been tough but now you're almost home. DPS has been very courteous and helpful to me as well.
