I think this is only my second post, but I got updated to mailed this morning! Now I've just gotta try to not check the mail more than once a day. 
On another note, several garages have been burglarized in my townhome community in the last two weeks... I found pry marks around the door knob of my side access door yesterday afternoon.
Nothing was missing, so I guess the loser got spooked before he could finish 
. Unfortunately, our home is set up so that the garage is on the first floor with no security besides a lock (not even a dead bolt). We're renting, so not allowed to make permanent alterations to the property. I've purchased a security bar and installed it. The maintenance guy told me that the burglar has been prying the doors and not breaking them. At least with the bar, he'll have to break the door to get in which should be loud enough to alert me since I'm home on vacation until we move at the end of the month... 
On a brighter note, I'm graduating from medical school tomorrow and moving to College Station for residency training. We'll be home owners for the first time on May 31st. I will be installing a security system in our new home.
