Fell Thru the Cracks

Well,
I guess it all depends who you talk with in the customer service dept. in Austin. After seeing so many apps. approved in a matter of a few days, I started caling. The one girl I kept getting was polite, as was I, but said nothing to worry about as still within the 60 days they have to process, and my file hadn't even been picked up by a technician yet. Called each week, and same thing, "file not picked up by a technician yet". Fianlly got a hold of a gentlemen in customer service, that said, "whoa.... not sure why your file had not been picked up by a technician yet. Must have fallen thru the cracks. I'll get it to some one today." Two days later, CHL: Manufacturing Pending. I think them thinking there was an issue with the L1 fingerprints got my file put into a black hole. Long story short, too late, the gentleman I spoke with seems to be the most helpfull. I heard others had similar issues with the L1 fingerpeints around the same time. Anyway, hopefuly doing the Wally Walk in a few days with my Kimber .45 in waistband.
