But I have not received anything yet. On Monday, January 31st, the online status indicated that my CHL had been mailed. As of yesterday, a week later I have not received it. Should I be concerned? This is the state after all.

No. It's winter, and there have been winter storms this past week.

I just received a package sent to me via 'Express Mail'. It should have been delivered in 2 - 3 days. But with the weather and people taking advantage of it to take a day off, it took over a week. I'm sure the 'winter storm' (which, in SE TX means that the weatherman was talking about ice that isn't in a margarita machine) slowed things down a tad.

I am in the same boat. I called and spoke the the CHL dept and was told as of 01-31 it was approved. The guy on the phone said look at 10 business days.
As of 02-12-11 its still not here..

this happened to me.mine said it was mailed but it took mine over a month to arrive.i have no idea why.

It took mine 7 days to get to me from the time it said mailed.
