Yeah baby!! It's here
A question though-I'm gonna keep tradition by doing the Wally World Walk, but why do we do that? For everyone still waiting, I hope your day comes soon!!

Congrats!!! The Walmart near me only had a McDonalds so I couldn't do the nachos thing. But I ate at Schlotzky's that afternoon/evening!

You go there, sit down, relax, have some nachos... in a place that is busy and CHL-friendly. You're supposed to make sure you're not fidgeting or patting your gun under your shirt every minute. If you were carrying at home while waiting for your license, this task would be easy.

Mighty good. No strange looks so far and I haven't dropped my gun, so I guess I'm ok...

Congrats,
Carry safe my friend, carry safe.
Just think, the citizens of NM can't go to their WalMart if their WalMart sells alcoholic beverages. (or 7-11 or Stop-n-Go, etc.)
So sad.
We are lucky to live in Texas where we are only limited by 51%'ers and 30.06 signs and the plain 'no guns' or the 'ghostbuster' type signs are meaningless.
Now it doesn't look like I'll make the Tri-state fair, my friend, as of now we will not be stopping in Amarillo on our way to Denver except maybe for fuel and food.
Can't wait to get to NM or CO so I can try a bit of open carry.

Be safe and be smart!! I don't know if I will make it to the fair anyways... but do enjoy that open carry and get back to good ol' TX in one piece!!

Congrats and welcome to concealed carry!
I'm at O'Hare in Chicago wishing for a taco, Harlingen, and my carry weapon....not necessarily in that order!
I'll soon be back in Texas though.

Congradulations.
Be safe, practice often, and hope you never have to use it.
