My wife's have been redone twice now, this time around.
Last renewal went through the first try.
Her initial prints had to be repeated once.
She has done clerical work most of her life and handles a lot of paper, which wears off fingerprints.

No, not all the way at the back, but it does delay. At least that's what a customer service rep told me about mine.

It does start you countdown on your days that'a what they told me anyway any excuse to stall doing there job

I got the same letter yesterday...unable to classify f/p. I have to go find a place that does them, I guess.
