Congrat's! I am currently at day 70 today, it seems that most of the late January apps are getting processed. Being that my all in was the middle of February I figure I have a couple of weeks to go.

Numerous tries with "we are too busy message", one e-mail in March that was never returned
Talked to a real person at TX PSC 4/19/16 - very nice, apologetic lady - they have everything, with investigators in eligibility "final step", should be a matter of days

Squeaky clean record......still waiting. Obviously bought gun too soon. I think my husband got his license in a matter of a couple of weeks early to mid 2015.

I got a confirmation e-mail on 1/25 that all of supporting documents had been received. As of today it's been 12 weeks since I got that e-mail. Every time I call the number on the website I get "due to the call volume our representatives cannot assist you" then the call drops. I filled out the e-mail form asking about an update 2 weeks ago and nothing. Any advice as to how I might get an update or speak to a real person?

I have the same "All In" date as you. I called RSD (512) 424-7293 yesterday @ 07:15 I was on hold for approx 20 min and surprisingly someone picked up and said hello. She said my app was being worked on and is currently in the background check process (Bull S*!T detector was in the other room so who knows). No ETA on how long it can take. There is no rhyme or reason as to the dates that are being processed but there have been quite a few 1/21 approvals.SO one can only hope that within the next week or so I should have confirmation of approval.

Called RSD today and set up them calling me back through the menu. They called me back in about 30 minutes after telling me it would be 38 minutes and then talked to a real nice lady. She got my info and put me on hold then returned saying I am in final approval and should be a week or two for plastic in hand. We shall see. Surprisingly though the RSD call was very pleasant.

Yes. But you should have received the plastic within 2 business days after the website update. I would call to enquire. (Hopefully it was not lost in the mail).

Confirmation email on 1/21.
Contacted my State Rep and received a roboresponse only. I sent an email to State Senator today.
Tried to contact RSD but cannot get through.

Any suggestions other than wait?

My stuff was verified 1/22 and I received my approval 2 days ago. I didn't do anything else besides wait. It is just a waiting game.

I emailed the governor's office and my state senator yesterday. I got actual (not robo) responses from both including a promise to follow up. That was yesterday afternoon. A DPS supervisor just called to tell me the review was now complete and I will receive the plastic in about a week.

How about that...

Now we get to see if it actually shows up, which I am hopeful that it will.
