02/18/2011: E-mail sent to DPS because license was not received (Never answered) "likely lost in fire at mail sort"
03/11/2011: Called DPS to report license was never received. Told to wait 2-3 more weeks to send a replacement after already waiting 30 days before they would reissue.
03/17/2011: Still waiting, one more week to go. Hopefully it will actually be sent.
