03/17/2011: Still waiting, one more week to go. Hopefully it will actually be sent.

Check cleared 7Feb11
Status stayed at Bckgrd ck under review at least through 23Mar11
Checked just after midnight 26mar11 and it shows mailed (!)

Fingerprints : Complete
Affidavits : Received
DL or ID : Valid
Citizenship : No documentation required
Passport photo holder : Received
Photo : Received
Proof of Classroom training : Received
Proof of Proficiency training : Received
Fee : Received
Background Check : Completed
Concealed Handgun License : Mailed

And, like so many here have described, I'm certain the wait will be excruciating.
