Looking back it's been a very long wait.
78 days in total from when RSD "said" my final confirmation date was, or 51 "business days, you choose & use your own judgment. That's w/ 1 non disqualifying
boo-boo from 1993, with no supporting doc needed for the boo-boo from 1993.
So, "a very long wait" w/ boo-boo in your previous life & a "very similar long wait" w/OUT any boo-boo's in your previous life are pretty much one in the same it seems. Not for all, but for many people, just doesn't make sense.

For me, way back when, DPS received all my docs on Aug. 9, 2009. I received plastic in hand the CHL on Oct. 9, 2009 or 60 days total.

DPS received paper work on 01/08/2016 USPS delivered confirmation , no license to date 03/01/2016, I am filing a complaint with my credit card company to reverse payment , that might get the some response , they will not answer e-mails or phone calls.

You haven't even hit the 60 day window. Go ahead and dispute the charge, suspect they'll treat it just like a bad check.

Wouldn't do it. By law (GUBMIT CODE 411.176) they have 180 days to process the application.

Not the dumbest thing I've heard today, but it's in the top three.

I submitted my class cert on Nov. 16, status change Dec. 22nd and license in hand on Dec. 23, so I figure Thanksgiving only added a couple of days. 38 days including weekends and a holiday.
