The only time I got an "error" trying to log in was when I typed in my Social wrong on the log in screen. I also got an error one time when I entered my birthdate with the wrong year (entered 2013), but it just told me I was too young to apply. Granted there are a few that take longer, but even those are coming quicker than years past. It wasn't that long ago that the wait time was 90+ days. So be happy folks. Forget about it for a minimum of 60 days and you might find a surprize in the mail in 45 days or so.
