The way I see it our money was accepted from us in seconds with no technical error and by the way it was a good amount of hard earned money they should have the resources to make our CHL's even faster by the way L-1 made money from us too it wasnt included in the inital fee. dps should have improved by now we are a top client for them!!!

I think the sole-source contract was a ridiculous thing for the state to award one company. I read that L-1 processes up to 2 million fingerprints a year... at $10 a pop. You do the math.
